This stunning 67 unit social housing scheme off the Old Kent Road was handed over to our partner Amicus Horizon in October. The building has delighted new residents and the shared ownership quickly sold out.

A time capsule was placed in the foundations by local school children to record school life in the "noughties" for future generations.
