Newham Homes held their 2nd Annual Conference for leaseholders and residents on Friday 16 November 2007 at West Ham Football Club

As newly appointed framework contractors to Newham Hones Mulalley were invited to meet their leaseholders, residents and tenant association’s representatives at Upton Park. Mulalley’s Project Team and Resident Liaison Officers attended with programmes, newsletters and examples of our works, to answer any questions and discuss the works currently underway.

Charlotte Graves, Chief Executive of Newham Homes and Sayeed Kadir Director of Asset Management & Property Services were amongst the visitors to the Mulalley stand.

Mulalley have been appointed as contractor to three frameworks, Tall Blocks Enveloping Works, Low Rise Refurbishment and Internals with work commencing in December 2007.
