Mulalley & Co. Ltd were recently asked if they would like to sponsor a Winter Wonderland Christmas Party on the 15th December at London Fields School, Westgate Road in Hackney.

As part of our Community Liaison initiatives, Mulalley were delighted to sponsor £1000 and sent two of their Resident Liaison Officers along on the night. Many of the residents attending lived in the areas, which are included in the £30 million refurbishment contract Mulalley, are currently working undertaking for Hackney Homes and the residents of the London Borough of Hackney.

The event was very well attended and both the children and their parents enjoyed the entertainment, face painters, dancing, choirs and refreshments on the night.

The smaller children were very excited to see Santa, while the bigger children had the chance to show everyone the X factor in karaoke.

The event was organised by Michelle Dornelly, of Children with Voices, which is a new group that’s aim is the bring children and their parents closer together to help reduce the crime and violence in the Hackney area.

Michelle later wrote a Thank-you letter to Mulalley, “The evening was a great success. It was a pleasure that two members of your staff who came and represented your company stayed for a while considering that they were missing their very own Christmas party. I would like to say a big thank-you very much.”
