Mulalley have been awarded the £1.7 million refurbishment of Alexandra House, a 10 storey office block for the London Borough of Haringey. The works involve the phased (floor by floor) renewal of all services and installation, new ceilings and partitions and finishes.

Works are scheduled for completion in 2007.
