 The
Queens Award for Enterprise
In 2004, Mulalley was honoured by the Queen for helping to improve
the lives of people in social housing. Mulalley was
presented with The Queen’s Award for Enterprise for its innovative
Resident Liaison Management System. Mulalley
developed customer-friendly methods of carrying out kitchen and
bathroom refurbishment without turning the lives of the residents
upside down. Download the

Quality In Construction
The Quality in Construction Awards, supported by Construction
News, serve to highlight excellence in the industry and recognise
the ambition, skill and management of construction teams. The
awards have the backing of the Department of Trade and Industry
and Constructing Excellence.
In 2005 Mulalley won the category ‘Management and Process
Innovation’. This award was designed to highlight ‘exceptional and
innovative management strategies or construction techniques to
improve efficiencies’, and our multiple-award winning Resident
Liaison Management Process was again applauded.
Mulalley had previously won a Quality in Construction award in
2003 for our work on the St Mary's Estate, Hackney, East London.
Mulalley won the Small Project (less than £5 Million) Award, in a
category that consistently received more entries than most.

BSC Safety Awards
Mulalley has won 14 consecutive International Safety Awards from
the British Safety Council.
Mulalley and Company's policy towards health and safety is, and
always has been, explicit; it is to provide, as far as reasonably
practical to do so, a safe environment for all involved within
Company offices and with projects during construction, and to this
end Mulalley has for the last fourteen years been awarded the
prestigious safety award from the British Safety Council. Only
companies with below average accident rates are eligible to apply
and they have to face a tough test in order to satisfy the
independent Awards Panel.
Greater London Training Award 2004
The National Training Awards are the UK’s number one accolade for
businesses, organisations and individuals who have achieved
lasting excellence and success through training and learning.
Their aim is to recognise and celebrate the people and the
organisations who create success through training and personal
development.
Mulalley won the Greater London Training Award for 2004 for
developing a unique documented system for resident liaison,
training RLOs on identifying risks, managing personal safety,
dealing with complaints, queries and the importance of management
reporting, good record-keeping and site appearances.
