"This design and build project was
for 65 flats with underground parking on a corner site in
a mainly residential area of South East London. Good
contact was started and maintained by John Mower, the Site
Manager, with letters being sent out on specific issues.
The leader of the residents' association was also kept
well informed. Staff at the nearby school were seen on a
weekly basis and deliveries were timed to avoid drop off
and collection times. The site was well presented, with
excellent, lit hoardings and protected walkways outside.
The client, Amicus Horizon Group Ltd, said of the project:
"John Mower went 'the extra mile' in providing
support for our numerous visitors to site and was always
informative and attentive.""
