"This project involved the
replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, windows and central
heating to 1000 units in multiple locations across the
Borough, with tenants in occupation at all times. John
Gristey and his team of four Resident Liaison Officers
maintained a very close communication with the tenants
throughout all stages of the work. John's attention to
detail and his direction of the RLOs ensured that the very
few complaints received were speedily dealt with. The
enthusiastic and professional approach of the whole team
and care and respect for the residents paid dividends in
the successful completion of the works and resulted in
many tenants' satisfaction sheets being returned with
compliments and extraordinarily few negative comments. The
presentation of the site offices and compound was set up
to a highly professional standard, including a tenants'
respite area with comfortable furniture, a kitchenette and
a television, thus ensuring that this site proved to be an
excellent example of standards well beyond the basic
requirements of the Considerate Constructors Scheme's Code
of Considerate Practice."
