"This work involved the re-roofing,
new windows and general repairs to 4 blocks of occupied
flats on a North London Estate.
The Site Manager was well supported by his
Resident Liaison Officer and thorough checks were carried
out into the needs of elderly residents. The site set up
was professionally presented and enclosed by an excellent
painted hoarding. Over forty letters were sent to the
residents about the work and two letters were received
from the residents praising the operatives' attitude.
The client stated that the site was well
run and maintained with every consideration being given to
the residents, general pedestrians and users of the
adjacent Early Years Centre.
A very considerate site."
