"This project involved the
installation of new bathrooms and kitchens into 150
occupied council homes. A project like this can be bitty
and fractious. Mulalley have handled this contract
with great care whilst the tenant liaison officers ensure
tenant satisfaction.
The central compound housed the respite
unit for use by those tenants who wished to use it and
where choices of units to be installed could be viewed.
This could also be used by neighbours who were affected by
works adjacent, even if they were not involved in the
project. There was a very detailed information pack for
tenants.
Care by operatives whilst working in the
houses was excellent, with no complaints reported up to
the time of the second visit.
This was not a large contract, thus making
the use of photo ID cards and showers all the more
welcome."
