"This project involved a rolling
programme of refurbishment of 262 properties spread over a
wide area on a North West London Estate. Excellent
introductory packs were sent to all those affected and the
Mulalley "Have I been considerate?" scheme was
in place, with all operatives wearing corporate clothing
and a public comment card system operating.
There were three Resident Liaison Officers
and the resident Clerk of Works was met and was very
pleased with the way the Site Manager and his team were
running the job, 'much better than the last lot' which
shows how good Mulalley is and also that the industry
still has much to achieve elsewhere".
