"The
contract at St Peter's Court presented Mulalley with
several difficulties to be overcome. Tenants living in
whilst their flats, particularly the external skin was
refurbished.
The
complete sheeting of the exterior resulted in residents
being fully enclosed for some lengthy periods of time and
as the only high rise building in Lowestoft, it was under
the watchful gaze of the whole of the town and the local
Councillors.
The
fact that Mulalley completed the works with the glowing
recommendation of the tenants and Waveney District Council
was testament to their professional, sympathetic and
caring approach to the needs of the residents".
