project and its management team was a fine example of a
company that takes much pride in ensuring that neighbours
and local businesses are "looked after" while
the contract work proceeds.
The
contract was the total refurbishment of local authority
flats. Tenants had to be rehoused whilst their unit was
worked on and moved back in when completed; requiring
careful planning and close co-operation between all
parties. The Council played a key part in all of this and
expressed their pleasure in the close working relationship
they had with the project team.
Mulalley
conscientiously kept a clean and tidy site and at all
times made every effort to forge close links with the
residents."
