Phoenix Decent Homes
Mulalley have been appointed as one of two
contractors to this Trust who are spending £71 million over the
next five years to bring local homes up to the 'Phoenix Standard',
a higher specification than the Government's Decent Homes
Standard.
The programmed expenditure will provide Mulalley
with more than £35 million of work.
